卵巢移植术
卵巢移植术是指年轻妇女患生殖器恶性肿瘤，需行盆腔放射治疗者，可将卵巢移植到乳房下、腋下、腹壁皮肤下或腹股沟区，躲开放射野免受放射线损伤，维持卵巢功能的手术。手术方法：游离卵巢周围组织，在靠近阔韧带切断卵巢系膜、卵巢固有韧带，结扎并切断卵巢动脉的输卵管支和子宫动脉的卵巢支。然后纵行打开骨盆漏斗韧带，分离卵巢动、静脉，长约2cm作为供体血管蒂，然后选定受区，分离出受区的动、静脉。供体断蒂，将卵巢动、静脉与受区的动、静脉进行吻合。手术操作有一定的难度，涉及血管吻合等技术，移植是否成功及移植后卵巢功能是否正常需随访和观察，故使该手术在临床应用上受到一定的限制。
