宫内节育器
宫内节育器是一种由金属或是塑料硅胶等无毒原料制作的装置,放在宫腔内可起避孕作用。一次置入宫腔可避孕数年甚至数十年。是一种安全、有效、简便、经济的节育方法;需要生育时可取出,是我国育龄妇女的主要避孕措施。它的避孕机制主要是改变子宫内环境,阻止早期胚胎着床,可以作用仅在子宫局部,不影响全身内分泌。IUD可分隋性与活性二大类。放置IUD有一定的禁忌证,放置前应先做妇科检查,放置时必须严格无菌操作。放置的时期一般是月经干净后3~7天;也可在人流术后当时或剖宫产同时。放置IUD后少数人可发生下腹痛、阴道出血等副反应,并发症有感染、嵌顿、穿孔等。还可发生自然脱落或带器妊娠,故放置后应定期复查。如需再生育、想改用其他节育法或发生并发症和不良反应治疗无效等情况可取出节育器。
