【来源】
为蔷薇科植物长梗郁李Prunus japonica Thunb. var. nakai (Levl.) Rehd.的种子。
【植物形态】
落叶灌木。树皮灰褐色，有不规则的纵条纹。叶互生，卵状披针形，长3～6cm，宽1.5～3cm，先端尾状渐尖，基部圆形，边缘有尖锐重锯齿；叶柄较长；托叶2，线形，早落。花先叶开放，单生或2～3簇生，花梗长1～2cm；萼筒陀螺形，萼片5枚；花瓣5，浅红色或白色，倒卵状椭圆形；雄蕊多数，花药不等长；雌蕊1，子房长圆形。核果近球形，熟时鲜红色，果柄长1～2cm。花期4～6月，果期7～8月。 生于山坡、路旁、林边。主产黑龙江、辽宁、吉林。
【采制】
秋季采集成熟果实，搓去果肉，冲洗干净，除去果壳，取出种子。
【性状】
种子呈卵圆形，长5～7mm，宽3～5mm。表面黄棕色，一端尖，一侧有线性种脐；另一端钝圆。中央有深色合点，自合点处向上具多条纵向维管束脉纹。种皮薄，易剥落，子叶2，乳白色，富油性。气微，味微苦。
【化学成分】
含苦杏仁甙（amygdalin）、脂肪油、挥发性有机酸、皂甙、郁李仁甙（prunuside）等。
【性味及功能主治】
同欧李。
