子宫肌层


子宫肌层在子宫内膜之外,子宫浆膜层内,为子宫壁最厚的一层,非孕期约厚0.8cm,肌层由平滑肌束及弹力纤维所组成。肌束排列交错,非孕期不易分清,大致可分为3层:外层多纵行,内层环行,中层多各方交织,详见附图。肌层中含血管,有利于子宫供血,子宫收缩时,血管被压缩,能有效地制止产后子宫出血。
