回肠代膀胱术
该手术是全膀胱切除术后解决尿液引流的方法之一，切除膀胱时切断输尿管，结扎输尿管近侧端并充分游离输尿管盆腔段备用。游离回肠段，距回盲部10cm处，取回肠15cm，用碘附灌洗游离回肠段，然后缝合游离回肠近侧盲端并于此端行输尿管回肠端侧吻合术，游离回肠段的远侧端由此牵至腹腔外，外翻缝合在皮肤上，作为人工膀胱的外口。晚期外阴癌、阴道癌侵犯全尿道及膀胱三角区，经探查盆腹腔各主要脏器及腹主动脉旁淋巴结均无肿瘤转移，全膀胱切除术能达到手术根治目的者，可在行子宫、阴道及膀胱切除并清扫盆腔淋巴结后，作回肠代膀胱术。
