月经期保健
月经是妇女的一种生理现象，由于盆腔器官充血，可有下腹坠胀及腰骶酸痛不适感，但一般不影响正常生活与工作。有些情况不注意也会对健康造成不利影响，因此这段时期的卫生保健仍然十分重要，称为月经期保健。月经时期子宫内膜脱落有创面及出血，阴道正常酸性环境破坏、盆腔器官充血等均为细菌侵入提供环境和时机。因此，月经期会阴卫生尤显重要，所用衬垫、内裤应为清洁的，并应经常换洗及禁止此时期房事活动盆浴及游泳。剧烈活动与运动应避免以减轻盆腔充血，并注意身体的保暖，因为这段时间机体抵抗力本身就有所下降，易患感冒等症。注意情绪波动及保持愉快的心情对顺利度过月经期同样也十分必要。
