补充资料：冬菇虫草炖鲍参
用料
鲍鱼20克，海参40克，清鸡汤1碗半，冬菇20克，桂圆肉10克，虫草5克，绍酒2茶匙。
做法
(1)鲍鱼、海参用温水浸透洗净，切成长条。
(2)冬菇、冬虫夏草用温水浸泡后洗净。
(3)将所用材料置于炖盅，加入清鸡汤，炖盅加盖，隔水炖之。
(4)待锅内水开后，先用中火炖1小时，然后再用小火炖2小时即可。
(5)炖好后，取出药渣，加入适量油、盐、味精便可服
用。
功效
滋补气血，润肺养额。
适应症
体弱肺虚，贫血高压。
注释
冬菇含香菇多糖、香菇膘吟、多种氨基酸及酶，能补益血气，免疫抗瘤；桂圆肉含酒石酸、腺嘌呤胆碱及多种维生素，能补血安神，滋润五脏；冬虫夏草含冬虫草酸、冬虫草菌素等，能补虚去损，补肾填精。
注意和禁忌
腹泻患者不宜服用；外感患者忌用。
