补充资料：冬瓜祛湿粥
材料与做法：冬瓜（连皮）去囊，切成大块；祛湿粥料包括干莲蓬、灯心花、扁豆、赤小豆、薏米、芡实等用清水洗净；水开后，将各材料同放入煲内煲至绵滑即可。
师傅教路：此粥最能清热解暑，可甜可咸可淡，但出于夏天要吃得清淡考虑，建议淡食，也可放凉来吃，闲时当作水来饮；祛湿粥料在药店有售，买2~3元就足够4~5人吃了。
