急性脑血管疾病
又称"脑血管意外"、"中风"或"卒中"。系各种不同病因引起脑部或支配脑部的颈部动脉病变引起的脑局灶性血液循环障碍，导致急性或亚急性脑损害的一组疾病的总称。临床分为出血性脑血管病和缺血性脑血管病两大类。前者包括高血压性脑出血、蛛网膜下腔出血；后者包括短暂性脑缺血发作，可逆性缺血性脑损害、动脉硬化性脑梗塞和脑栓塞。其共同特点为起病急骤，可出现瘫痪、失语、意识障碍等。在短时间达到高峰，神经功能恢复缓慢，且难以预计。在诊断时应特别注意鉴别是缺血性脑血管病，还是出血性脑血管病，从而得到准确的诊断和及时的治疗。
