Objective To examine the sex-Hormones of 117 cases of Klinefelter syndrome,37 cases of idiopathic hypogonadotrapic hypogonadism,107 cases of sertoli-cell-only syndrome, 30 cases of idiopathic azoospermia and 40 cases of idiopathic oligospermia.
目的 测定 117例Klinefelter综合征 (Klinefelter’ssyndrome ,KS) ,37例特发性低促性腺激素性腺机能减退症(idiopathichypogonadotrapichypogonadism ,IHH) ,10 7例唯支持细胞综合征 (sertoli-cell-onlysyndrome ,SCOS) ,30例特发性无精子症 (idiopathicazoospermia ,IA) ,4 0例特发性少精子症 (idiopathicoligospermia ,IO)患者的性轴激素值 ,分析各疾病的LH、FSH、T值的差别 ,探索通过性轴激素测定诊断KS综合征的方法。

先天性促性腺激素缺乏症
病名。亦称单纯 性垂体性性幼稚症、促性腺能力低下型类无睾症、性幼稚-嗅觉丧失综合征。指仅垂体前叶 单一性促性腺激素分泌不足，而无其他激素分泌障碍者。可能为下丘脑选择性地不分泌LH- RH 。属先天性疾病，有家族遗传倾向。多见于男性，表现有先天性中线颅面异常，嗅觉丧失， 睾丸小，精子缺乏。女性乳头、乳房、阴道、子宫呈幼稚型表现，身材细高，骨骺延迟融合 。骨龄低于实际年龄。治宜长期用促性腺激素——绒毛膜促性腺激素、绝经期促性腺激素。
