【性状】
本品为微细颗粒的混悬液，静置后微细颗粒下沉，振摇后成均匀的乳白 色混悬液。
【鉴别】
(1) 取本品约12ml，置水浴上蒸干，残渣照醋酸地塞米松项下的鉴别(1)、 (2)项试验，显相同的反应。 (2) 取本品1ml ，沿管壁加硫酸2ml ，在水浴中加热，下层有棕红色的环出现，小 心加水5ml ，振摇，棕红色消失。
【检查】
pH值 应为4.5 ～6.5 （附录Ⅵ H）。 其他 应符合注射剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ B）。
【含量测定】
对照品溶液的制备 精密称取醋酸地塞米松对照品25mg，置100ml 量瓶中，加无水乙醇适量使溶解并稀释至刻度，摇匀，即得。 供试品溶液的制备 取本品，摇匀,精密量取5ml（约相当于醋酸地塞米松25mg）,置 100ml量瓶中，加无水乙醇稀释至刻度，摇匀，用干燥滤纸滤过，取续滤液备用。 测定法 精密量取对照品溶液与供试品溶液各1ml ，分别置干燥具塞试管中，各精 密加无水乙醇9ml 与氯化三苯四氮唑试液1ml ，摇匀，再各精密加氢氧化四甲基铵试液 1ml ，摇匀，在25℃的暗处放置40～50分钟，照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ B），在485nm 的 波长处分别测定吸收度，计算，即得。
