方法对117例闭合性鼻骨骨折患者行鼻内镜下检查及鼻骨复位,117例患者均可观察到鼻骨骨折部位及15例伴有鼻中隔骨折,局部麻醉下复位108例,全身麻醉下复位9例。

目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)及后处理技术在鼻骨骨折诊断中的价值。

多为烧伤感染等瘢痕粘连和挛缩的结果。双侧鼻孔狭窄可引起呼吸不畅。闭锁时则需完全用口呼吸，以致常感口干舌燥等。鼻前孔狭窄的治疗可按“Z”成形术原则或用鼻唇沟皮瓣修复，闭锁者则须将鼻孔的瘢痕组织切除，使鼻尖、鼻翼、鼻小柱等充分复位后，用内嵌植皮法修复鼻孔内创面。术后至少半年内，应持续用硅胶管或塑料管支撑鼻孔，防止皮片收缩，每次取出清洗后须即刻放回。
