Objectives: To observe the expression of excitatory neurotransmitters in the esophagus and central nervous systerm(CNS) of rabbits stimulated by esophageal distention before and after intragastric administration of tegaserod, and to explore the role of neurotransmitters and CNS in the esophageal sense.
