材料：豆腐皮、猪肉馅、小葱。（肉和葱的比例1：1）
调料：生抽、盐、白糖、鸡精、香油、姜末。
制作：
1、小葱洗净切碎；豆腐皮切成15×20厘米的块;肉馅内加入生抽、盐、白糖、鸡精、香油、姜末搅上劲，放入小葱末拌匀。
2、豆腐皮铺平，抹上肉馅，折起来，轻轻按平。
3、取一个碗，放入面粉和淀粉（3：1），调成面糊。
4、锅内放油，烧到5成热，蘸上面糊放入油锅炸至结夹捞出，待油温到六七成热时，放入炸至金黄捞出控油。
5、切成寸段装盘。
