Objective To observe the curative effect of the lumbar spondylolisthesis treated with general spine system(GSS) and intervertebral bone graft with autogenous bone of lamina and spinous process.
目的观察GSS(General Spine System)联合自体切除椎板及棘突椎间植骨治疗腰椎滑脱症的疗效。

棘突
spinous process
是椎板上的一个突起，为韧带附着处，从颈椎到第4胸椎棘突与椎体的横截面呈水平方向，穿刺时可垂直进针。从第4胸椎到第12胸椎，棘突呈叠瓦状排列，棘突与椎体成锐角，穿刺针的针干要向尾椎方向倾斜45°～60°，方能进入黄韧带。
