a:面团:低筋面粉250g,糖50g,泡打粉7.5g,酵母2.5g,温水75g,红萝卜一条(榨汁)
b:馅料:咸蛋黄3个(蒸熟),奶油50g,糖50g,粟粉35g,奶粉25g
做法:
一,a材料:1.把糖和酵母放入温水中融化倒入已筛的面粉和泡打粉中搅拌均匀加入红 萝卜汁,再搓至表面光滑.发酵二个小时.
二,b材料:奶油打发,熟咸蛋黄压烂,把b材料全部拌匀后放入冰箱冷藏.
三,把面团搓成长条后分成小份,把小面团压扁包入馅料,再静置30分钟蒸10分钟.
