Therefore,activating blood circulation and extincting wind is the basic therapy for SAH.
根据蛛网膜下腔出血的生理病理学变化及部分文献报道 ,提出蛛网膜下腔出血存在着瘀血生风这一病理改变 ,而活血熄风可促进瘀血吸收 ,防止血管痉挛 ,从而改善预后。

肾气游风 肾气游风 病名。丹毒之发于下肢者。见《疮疡经验全书》卷六。又名肾游风，腿游风。多因肾火内蕴，外受风邪，火毒郁蒸肌肤而成。多发于腿胫部。证见：局部皮色红肿，形若彤云，游走灼痛。治宜清热疏风，泻火解毒，内服可选双解通圣散，或黄连解毒汤。外用金黄散调敷。
