BLCAP is a potential gene for suppression of cervical carcinoma, which was found by analysing the cervical carcinoma specimen with the oncogene and anti-oncogene cDNA microarray.
鉴于此,我科室采用细胞原癌、抑癌基因分类芯片,筛选出与宫颈癌相关的11条候选基因(其中包括表达明显降低的7条和表达明显升高的4条),并且对表达降低最明显的人膀胱癌相关蛋白(Homo sapiens bladder cancer associated protein,BLCAP)基因blcap进行了一系列的研究。

膀胱癌
vesical carcinoma
膀胱的恶性肿瘤。致癌物质为联苯胺和2-萘胺、或应用与之类似物质的工业如化工、染料、橡胶、塑料、沥青、皮革等。80%的膀胱癌表现为肉眼血尿，间歇性，无痛性，可自行停止。尿中出现“腐肉”、排尿困难，严重的膀胱刺激症状，下腹肿块、贫血、浮肿等已属晚期。膀胱横纹肌瘤是儿科婴儿时期肿瘤，常表现为排尿困难、尿潴留、尿中有葡萄状肿瘤细胞，血尿是晚期症状。
