提插补泻 提插补泻 针刺补泻法之一。指针刺得气后以针上下进退的快慢和用力的轻重来分别补泻的方法。《难经·七十八难》：“推而内之是谓补，动而伸之是谓泻。”意指插针为补，提针为泻。后世医家在此基础上逐渐发展成提插补泻手法。以反复紧按慢提（重插轻提）为补法；以反复紧提慢按（重提轻插）为泻法。
