Objective: Try to find the difference of the effects in preventing the form of liver fibrosis between Rougan yixianyin decoction only and the decoction combined with Erzhi pill,thus reveal the mechanism of anti-fibrosis.
目的:观察柔肝抑纤饮及其加用二至丸在抗小鼠早期肝纤维化形成方面有无差异并探讨其机制。

Objective:To observe the effects of Rougan Yixianyin decoction in preventing the form of sinusoid capillarization caused by injection of DMN,and compared the effects with Fufang Biejia Ruangan pill which was took as the control-drug.

柔肝 柔肝 治疗学术语。亦称养肝。是肝阴虚、肝血不足的治疗方法。证见视力减退，两眼干涩，夜盲，头晕耳鸣，或睡眠不熟，多梦，口干津少，肢体麻木，脉弦细等。常用药物有当归、白芍、地黄、首乌、枸杞子、女贞子、旱莲草、桑椹子等。《类证治裁》：“肝为刚脏，职司疏泄，用药不宜刚而宜柔，不宜伐而宜和。”故肝脏以柔为补。
