泛影葡胺、碘苯脂等
应用对比剂如钡剂作钡餐或钡灌肠，碘剂(泛影葡胺、碘苯脂等)作造影，根据显示的充盈缺损、组织破坏、有无狭窄等形态改变，可得到对比清晰的图像，还可加用发泡剂作双重对比，也可使用山莨菪碱等使平滑肌弛张(低张)以观察较细小病变，对胃肠道肿瘤有早期诊断价值。
