[Objective] To compare the significance and the influence of hemihepatic vascular control(HVC) and the first hepatic portal control (Pringle′s) on the patients′ postoperative recovery in hepatectomy for hepatocarcinoma.
方法将46例行肝切除术的肝癌病例随机分为半肝血流阻断组(hemihepatic vascular control,HVC法,n=24)和第一肝门阻断组(Pringle's法,n=22),比较2组病例术中失血量、手术持续时间、术后并发症和术后肝功能恢复。

[Methods] 54 patients with hepatoma who underwent hemihepatectomy were divided into two groups: in group HVC 30 cases underwent hemihepa tic vascular control(HVC) and in group Pringle 24 cases underwent the first hepatic portal control (Pringle).
方法将54例行半肝切除术的肝癌患者分为两组:HVC组30例,行选择性半肝血流阻断(HVC法),Pringle组24例,行第一肝门阻断(Pringle法),比较两种方法对术中失血量、手术时间、术后肝功能及并发症发生率等指标的影响。

又称“Glisson法”。指在肝门区解剖出通向病侧肝脏的血管和胆管，予以结扎切断，然后将病肝切除的手术方式。此为规则性肝切除术的一种方法。操作较为复杂，手术时间较长。近年来，出现了采用术中B超引导直接通过肝实质预先结扎、切断供应，切除肝段、肝叶或半肝的血管和胆管，然后切除相应的肝组织。较前一种手术更为简便、省时、出血少且相对安全。
