目的观察小鼠单次和连续灌胃香黄合剂、罂粟壳水煎液、盐酸吗啡片及单次皮下注射盐酸吗啡注射液,对小鼠痛阈和肠蠕动的影响。

香柠豆腐布甸
菜 名： 香柠豆腐布甸
主 料： 实豆腐1块，鸡蛋2只，方面包粒1杯，鲜柠檬汁2汤匙，细砂糖1杯，鲜奶1/2杯，鲜柠檬皮蓉1茶匙。
做 法： 1、豆腐去水，压碎。2、鸡蛋打散，加入压碎豆腐、方面包粒、柠檬汁、细砂糖、鲜奶拌匀。3、将上项材料放入已涂油之烤盆内，铺平，洒上柠檬皮蓉，放入焗炉，以摄氏160度炉温焗约20分钟，或至金黄色即可。
备 注： 加方面包包粒的作用，是吸收豆腐的多余水分，同时亦可令布甸更滑。
