即希氏束。房室结向下延续而成房室束，是心房与心室间正常传导激动的惟一途径。房室束从房室结下端起始，经室间隔膜直达室间隔肌部，紧贴膜部后面向前向左延伸，在通过室间隔膜部时，它位于二尖瓣环和三尖瓣环之间，房室束在室间隔肌部的上段分成左束支和右束支。
