心包下脂肪线
放射学术语。系一种正常的心脏X线解剖学标志。高仟伏胸部正位X线片上心影轮廓内的线形透亮影,沿左室弓走行,距心影轮廓外缘不超过2mm。它是由心包脏层与心肌之间的脂肪构成。如果心包脂肪线宽度在2mm以上,表明为心包增厚或心包积液,此征还可用于左胸腔大量积液时心脏大小的判定,在积液遮盖左心缘时,心包脂肪线能勾画出左心缘的轮廓,借此可确定心脏的大小。
