METHODS:Twenty-four cases(18 cases with white hole)underwent examinations such as preset lens,three-mirror contact lens,and B scan,and were diagnosed as macular hole retina detachment and myopia.
目的:探讨近视性黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离患者行玻璃体切割术联合视网膜复位术时利用曲安奈德识别玻璃体后皮质的临床作用。

| 视网膜脱离 retinal detachment 视网膜神经上皮层与色素上皮层的分离。可分为：①原发性视网膜脱离。多见于近视眼患者及老年人，视网膜常有囊样变性、玻璃体液化、玻璃体脱离或玻璃体内有索条与变性的视网膜相粘连，引起视网膜破裂，这时液化的玻璃体经裂孔流入视网膜下腔而引起视网膜脱离，病人发病前感到眼前有小黑点、闪光感，以后视力突然下降，视野中有缺损。眼底检查可见脱离的视网膜及破孔，眼压低于正常。采用手术治疗。②继发性视网膜脱离。继发于全身病或眼部疾患，分渗出性（多见于高血压、肾病或妊娠高血压综合征、原田氏病等）、牵引性（由各种原因引起的玻璃体机化索条牵拉视网膜）及实体性（多由肿瘤引起）。治疗以处理原发病为主，控制病因，促使渗出液吸收及切除玻璃体机化索条等。
