房室结
是位于房中隔下部由心脏自律细胞构成的一个小结,是心脏传导系的一个重要部位。它位于房间隔右侧心内膜深方,横于卵圆窝与三尖瓣之间,为一薄层淡灰色的组织,长约5~6mm,宽2~3mm,厚约0.5~lmm。其上方与三条结间束纤维相连,下端与房室束相连。房室结及其连接组织在各种心律失常中起着很重要的作用。它不但有传导功能,而且当窦房结不能产生冲动或发出冲动的频率过缓或窦性冲动不能传抵房室结时,还有第二起搏点的作用。由于房室结的细胞呈*慢反应电位,其*有效不应期较长,故对心房传来的快速兴奋有部分阻断作用,这对维持心脏的正常工作节律有重要作用。
