肝脏良性畸胎瘤
hepatic benign teratoma
一种极为少见的肝脏良性肿瘤。由迷走而残留于肝内的原始胚胎细胞所产生的，多见于婴幼儿。发展缓慢，病程长，全身情况良好。主要症状是上腹部包块及肿块压迫邻近器官所产生的恶心、呕吐、便秘或发绀等。X线检查可见钙化斑点。本病治疗以手术切除为主。个别可发生恶变。
