Objective: Based on anatomy study, the present study evaluated the clinical outcome of different surgical procedures for treatment of ankle fracture combined with lower tibiofibular ligament injury by fibula periosteum transplantation or fibularis brevis transplantation, thus to explore an effective micro-invasive method for ankle injury.
目的:本研究旨在通过对腓骨骨膜和下胫腓韧带的解剖研究,对踝关节骨折伴下胫腓联合分离的患者分别采用腓骨骨膜转位和腓骨短肌腱转位的不同术式进行下胫腓韧带损伤的修复,对治疗效果进行比较分析,最终为踝关节损伤中出现下胫腓韧带损伤的病例提供一种有效、微创的手术修复方式。

腓腨发
腓腨发 病名。小腿屈侧之痈疽。出《证治准绳·外科》卷四。亦名腓腨发疽，腓腨疽。多因肾水不足积热而成。证见小腿肚漫肿坚硬，紫暗抽痛，进而腐溃，出脓稠而色黄者为顺，其脓稀若水而色灰白者为逆。治宜辨其阴阳顺逆以清热解毒，或温阳补益之剂，或兼而用之。初起宜服仙方活命饮；溃后可服八珍汤；气血虚者可服十全大补汤；外治法同痈、疽、溃疡条。
