橄榄桥脑小脑萎缩症
遗传性共济失调的一类型。为常染色体显性遗传。成年起病,多累及下橄榄核脑桥底和小脑。以躯干性共济失调起病,进而发生肢体性共济失调和构音障碍。几年后出现肌张力增高,腱反射亢进和巴彬斯基征*。常有眼球震颤和视神经萎缩。一部分病人在晚期发生肌萎缩和肌束颤动。可有呈肢体远端分布的感觉减失,眼肌麻痹、强直、震颤、精神异常和智能减退等。针刺治疗使部分病人症状有所减轻,可进行体疗及肢体功能锻炼。
