色诊 色诊 诊断学名词。系望诊内容之一。通过观察面部颜色及光泽的变化诊断病情。诊察时，以五色主病为重点，结合颜色的浮露沉隐，润泽枯槁及上下扩散的方向等。如色浅浮露，主表病；色晦暗沉隐，主里病；色淡而疏落多为新病邪浅，色深而壅滞多为久病或邪盛。润泽为有胃气，枯槁为胃气衰败。病色上下扩展的方向，常与病变方向有关。参见五色主病条。
