| 固肾涩精 中医固涩法之一。运用具有收涩作用的药物，治疗肾虚不固所致的遗精、滑泄病证的治法。又称涩精法。本法适用于肾虚失藏，精关不固，或下焦虚寒，肾气不摄，膀胱失约，以致遗精滑泄、尿频、遗尿等证。常用沙苑蒺藜、芡实、莲须、龙骨、牡蛎、金樱子等药物组成方剂，代表方剂有金锁固精丸、水陆二仙丹等。本法常与其他补肾方药配合使用，如肾阴虚者配合六味地黄丸或左归饮；肾阳虚者配合金匮肾气丸或右归丸。临床上，湿热下注引起遗精而无肾虚表现者，不宜使用本法。 |
