After making the juvenile rat model with anorexia successfully, using the extracellular recording method, we recorded the frequencies of spontaneous discharge of neurons in LH and VMH of the model and studied the effects of Yunpi Fufang on the discharges of model group in order to explore the mechanism of Yunpi Fufang on anorexia for children.
本研究在成功建立幼龄厌食大鼠模型的基础上 ,用运脾复方灌胃 3周 ,采用细胞外记录法 ,记录实验动物摄食中枢和饱中枢神经元的单位放电频率 ,并在对照组、模型组和运脾组之间进行对比 ,以观察运脾复方对幼龄厌食大鼠摄食中枢和饱中枢神经元自发放电的影响 ,藉以探讨运脾复方治疗小儿厌食症的作用机制。
