【原料】
党参250克 沙参125克 龙眼肉120克 蜂蜜适量【来源】《得配本草》
【制作过程】
将党参、沙参、龙眼肉先以适量水浸泡透发后，加热煎煮；每 20分钟取煎液1次，加水再煮，共取煎液3次，合并煎液，以小火煎熬浓缩，至稠粘如膏时，加蜜1倍，至沸停火，待冷装瓶备用。
【用法】每次1汤匙，以沸水冲化，分顿饮服；每日3次。
