| 带下 以带下量多，或色、质、气味发生异常为主要表现的妇科常见病证。又称带下病。临床以白带、黄带、赤白带为多见，常伴有全身或局部症状。带下多由饮食不节，劳倦过度，或忧思气结，损伤脾气，或房室不节，年老久病，损伤肾气，脾肾不能运化水湿，带脉失约，以及恣食厚味酿生湿热，或情志不畅，肝郁脾虚，湿热下注，或感受湿毒、寒湿等引起。常见证型有：①脾虚湿盛型带下。证见带下量多，色白或淡黄，质稠，绵绵不断，面色不华，食少神疲，四肢不温，腹胀，便溏，舌淡苔白腻，脉缓弱。治宜健脾益气除湿，方用完带汤等。② 肾虚寒湿型带下。证见带下量多，色白清冷，质稀薄，腰脊酸冷，尿频清长或夜尿多，便清溏，舌苔薄白，脉沉迟。治宜温肾固涩，方用内补丸、桂附止带汤等。③湿热湿毒型带下。证见带下量多，色黄质粘稠，甚至黄绿如脓，味臭，或挟血，阴部肿痛瘙痒，口苦，小便黄赤，舌红，苔黄腻，脉弦数。治宜清热利湿解毒，方用止带方、龙胆泻肝汤等。 |
