Methods:Among 1 152 cases,550 cases received anti donor lymphocytotoxic crossmatch(LXM),335 cases received LXM and HLA serological test,267 cases of the latter again received panel reaction antibody(PRA)test, the change of the HAR rate with different HLA matching measures were analyzed.
方法 :115 2例肾移植中有 5 5 0例单纯行淋巴细胞毒抗体试验 (简称淋巴毒 ) ,335例行淋巴毒试验和 HL A血清学分型 ,在此基础上有 2 6 7例增加 PRA检测 ,观察每组超排发生率的变化。

淋巴细胞毒性试验
lymphocytotoxicity test，LCT
组织定型试验的一种。把预定的器官供者或受者的淋巴细胞分成数份，每一份细胞均加入补体，再分别与一批已知抗组织相容性抗原的抗血清一起孵育。特异性移植抗原与抗体在淋巴细胞表面相互作用，导致淋巴细胞的损伤，此损伤可借细胞失去排除台盼蓝染料进入细胞的能力而检查出来。本试验的优点是敏感、简单，且重复性好。
