| 郄穴 经脉气血汇聚之处的腧穴。大多分布在四肢肘、膝关节以下。十二经脉各有一个郄穴，阴阳跷脉及阴阳维脉亦各有一个郄穴，共有16个郄穴（见表）。 郄穴在临床上用于治疗本经循行部位及所属脏腑的急性病证。阴经郄穴多治血证，如手太阴肺经的郄穴孔最治咳血，足厥阴肝经的郄穴中都治崩漏。阳经郄穴多治急性疼痛，如颈项痛取足少阳胆经郄穴外丘，胃脘疼痛取足阳明胃经郄穴梁丘等。此外，郄穴亦有诊断作用，当某脏腑有病变时，可按压郄穴进行检查。
