〖HT5”SS〗heterophic agglutiantion test
又称“Paul-Bunnell反应”。当患者血中受某种病毒感染时，血清中常出现一种能凝集异种动物(如绵羊）红细胞的抗体，故可借检测嗜异性抗体辅助诊断疾病。正常人嗜异性凝集试验多为阴性反应或凝集价不超过1∶7。如第一次检查增高不明显而追踪检查时凝集价上升4倍以上者，有诊断价值，儿童和婴儿大约有10%患者不出现嗜异性抗体。
