infantile umbilical hernia
指由于脐部发育缺陷，脐环未闭合，或脐带脱落后脐带根部组织与脐环粘连愈合不良，在腹内压增高的情况下，发生于脐部薄弱处的疝。属先天性。最重要的临床表现为脐部可复性肿物，啼哭时更明显，嵌顿甚为罕见。疝环直径小于1.5cm，多数在2岁内自愈；2岁前可以等待或采用贴胶布疗法；已满2岁，疝环直径超过1.5cm者，宜行脐疝修补手术。
