| 夹板固定法 splintage 用扎带或绷带把木板、竹板、硬纸或塑料制成的夹板固定在骨折已复位的肢体上，以利于骨折断端在相对静止的条件下愈合，同时配合以循序渐进的功能锻炼，促进骨折愈合和恢复肢体功能的一种治疗方法。又称夹缚疗法。常用器材有大小规格、形状各异的夹板、扎带或绷带、固定垫、衬垫物。常用方法：①一次包扎法。骨折复位后，患部贴以敷药或衬垫物后，用绷带包扎数圈后，安置压垫和夹板，外用扎带扎缚。②续增包扎法。在夹板外用绷带包扎数层后再放置其他夹板，然后扎缚固定。 完成夹板固定只是疗法的开始，固定后到骨折完全整复期间，要根据病情变化调整夹板的位置与松紧度。1～2周后还要配合有利于骨折愈合的功能活动。这种疗法适用于各类骨折。单纯夹板固定适用于四肢长骨状骨折；超关节夹板固定适用于关节面完整的关节内骨折和接近关节的干骺端骨折；腰柱固定适用于胸、腰椎骨折；骨盆兜固定适用骨盆骨折 。此外还有可配合骨牵引同时进行的夹板固定等方法。 |
