体循环
systemic circulation
又称“大循环”。血液从心脏流出又回到心脏的过程。当心室收缩时,含氧和营养物质的动脉血,自左心室流入主动脉,再沿各级动脉分支到达全身各部位的毛细血管。血液在此与其周围的细胞和组织进行物质交换,血中的营养物质和氧气被细胞和组织吸收,细胞和组织的代谢产物和二氧化碳则进入血液。血液由鲜红的动脉血变为暗红的静脉血,再经各级静脉,最后经上下腔静脉流回右心房。
