辨证选穴法 针灸取穴法之一。指以辨证论治的原则，分析病证与脏腑、经络之间的关系，选取穴位进行治疗的方法。如脱肛属中气下陷者，可选用百会、长强、神阙、足三里等穴以升提中气；属热积大肠、下痢脓血者，可选用大肠俞、天枢、上巨虚、承山等穴以疏泄大肠蕴热。又如目视昏花，取肝俞穴以养肝明目；阴虚火旺的齿痛，取太溪穴以养阴降火。
