测定肾脏血流量的方法。可用放射性核素氪、氙洗脱法，但临床上多应用碘锐特或对氨基马尿酸测定肾恤浆流量，再从红细胞压积或从血浆占全血量的百分比推算肾血流量。静脉注入碘锐特或对氨基马尿酸，不仅能由肾小球滤过，而且还能通过肾小管壁分泌于管腔内。当含有这些物质的血液从肾动脉流过肾脏一周后，约有90％的量随尿排除。只有约10％还保留于肾静脉血浆中。经推断，保留于肾静脉血浆的10％是由于在肾单位以外的肾组织中流过，而90％量则是通过肾单位的。由此可见，实际测得该物质的清除率(在成人约每分钟为600ml血浆），可代表有效的肾血浆流量，而通过全部肾组织血浆流量尚需增加10％，即每分钟相当于 660ml血浆。如果血浆量占全血量 55％，则王震肾血流量=。
