In order to analysize the inner flow mechanism in the mechanical seal with laser-textured porous face,the single pore of sealing surface was chosen as a model and the N-S equation and k-ε equations were computed based on Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) method.
为了研究由激光加工的多孔端面机械密封的内部流动问题,以被加工密封面的单个微凹腔作为模型,采用计算流体力学(CFD)软件求解N-S方程和k-ε方程,得出环两侧无压状态下的压力、速度和能量分布图,以及环两侧加压状态下单个微凹腔的动静压分布图,并对计算结果进行了分析。

In order to analyze the inner flow mechanism in the mechanical seal with laser-textured porous face,the hydrodynamic pressure distribution in micro lubricative pores on the seal ring face was calculated by multi-grid method according to hydrodynamic pressure lubrication theory,and by solving N-S equation based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD) mehod,the calculation results were compared.
为研究离心泵用激光加工多孔端面机械密封的内部流动机制,根据动压润滑理论采用多重网格法求解雷诺方程和基于计算流体力学方法(CFD)求解N-S方程,分别获得机械密封环端面微凹腔内的动压分布,并对两种计算结果进行对比。
