国家计算机等级考试证书
全国计算机等级考试是在1994年，由原国家教委推出的，简称ncre，它是一种重视应试人员对计算机和软件的实际掌握能力的考试。
举办全国计算机等级考试的目的在于适应社会主义市场经济建设的需要，一方面是为了促进计算的普及和计算机应用技术的推广，另一方面是为劳动力市场服务，即为劳动（就业）人员提供其计算机应用知识与能力的证明，为用人部门录用和考核工作人员提供一个统一、客观、公正的评价标准。
合格证书成绩合格者由教育部考试中心颁发考试合格证书。合格证书用中、英文两种文字书写，全国通用。
