极低密度脂蛋白
very low density lipoprotein,VLDL

  即前β脂蛋白。含蛋白5%~8%,甘油三酯50%~55%,胆固醇20%~23%,磷脂19%~20%,在肝脏中合成,其脂肪酸的来源是糖在肝脏中转变的脂肪酸,或食糖类易于诱发VLDL合成增多。
