gastric acid
由胃壁细胞分泌的盐酸。胃液中的盐酸以两种形式存在,一种是解离的称为游离酸,另一种是与蛋白质结合的盐酸蛋白盐。在纯胃液中,胃酸的浓度为125~165mmol/L,其中绝大部分是游离酸。盐酸具有多种功能,它能激活胃蛋白酶原,使食物中的蛋白质变性而易于分解;杀死随食物进入胃内的细菌;进入小肠后,还可促进胰液、肠液和胆汁的分泌;它所造成的酸性环境还有助于小肠对铁和钙的吸收。但若盐酸分泌过多,也会对人体产生不利的影响。一般认为,过高的胃酸对胃和十二指肠黏膜有侵蚀作用,可能是消化性溃疡发病的原因之一。
