Methods:We used episcleral veins ligation on rabbit to establish an acute intraocular hypertension animal model devised by ourselves.
方法 :采用自行设计的上巩膜静脉结扎法建立 18只兔眼急性高眼压动物模型 ,于造模前 1周至造模后 3天共 10天内给予具活血化瘀、开窍明目功效的优视胶囊灌胃 ,18只造模眼随机分为模型组、低剂量组和高剂量组 ,每组 6眼 ,与18只正常眼进行对照。
