Matas pressing test of carotid artery
用特制工具压迫拟结扎侧的颈总动脉,务必使该侧颞浅动脉搏动完全消失,历时30min以上,如患者不发生异常症状,包括手足发麻无力、意识迟钝、抽搐等则为阴性,表示患者能耐受颈动脉结扎。但许多学者指出此试验并不可靠,即使试验阴性,结扎后仍可能出现脑缺血症状甚至脑梗死。出现的时间往往在48h以后。故不能单凭此试验阴性就做手术。
