Aim:To compare occurrence rate of reperfusion arrhythmia and the left ventricular ejection function between direct and elective PTCA and intracoronary stenting in the patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI).
目的 :比较直接与择期经皮冠状动脉腔内成形加支架术 (PTCA +STENT)中再灌注性心律失常发生率及术后左室功能。

肾动脉经皮支架成形术
介入放射学技术。在狭窄的肾动脉内放置金属支架,以维持血管通畅性的介入治疗方法。对经皮经腔肾动脉成形术(PTRA)扩张后近期复查再次出现狭窄,或球囊扩张后狭窄立即回缩的病例以及因血管腔内操作发生肾动脉夹层的病例可放置支架成形。常用支架包括Palmaz、Wallstent和strecker支架等。
